How do I make a booking?
Easy! Use our online “Book Now” page and complete a form — choose your service, time, and location. You’ll get instant confirmation.
What areas do you currently service?
We operate across all areas in our booking system, and surrounding suburbs within a 30–40 km radius. Not sure if we come to you? Contact us to confirm.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, subject to availability, if the slot is free on our system. However, it’s best to book early, but we’ll always try to fit you in if we can.
Do you offer packages or membership plans?
Yes, we have bi-weekly and monthly packages for regular customers, and custom fleet packages for businesses.
Do I need to bring my car to you?
No! We’re 100% mobile. We come to you — whether at home, work, or anywhere convenient for you.
What types of vehicles do you wash?
We clean a wide range of vehicles — from compact cars and SUVs to bakkies, vans, bikes, and commercial fleet trucks, including construction plant vehicles and EMVs.
Do you use my water?
Nope — we bring our water! Our setup is fully mobile and self-contained, helping you save on water usage and avoid any hassle.
Do you use my electricity? What if I don’t have power?
Not at all. Our equipment is battery-powered or self-sufficient, so we don’t rely on your electricity. We can operate anywhere — even where there’s no power.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, EFTs, cash, and mobile payments. Prepaid plans can be paid online.
Do you offer services for businesses or fleets?
Absolutely. We serve dealerships, delivery fleets, and construction companies with flexible account options.
Can you service vehicles at our company premises?
Yes — we come to your location and clean your fleet on-site without disrupting your operations.
How do fleet clients get invoiced?
We offer monthly invoicing and detailed service logs for fleet and business clients.
Do I pay before or after the service?
You can choose. We offer prepaid options or pay-on-service via card or bank transfer.
How long does a wash or valet take?
It depends on the service. Basic washes take about 30–45 minutes, while deep cleaning or full valets can take 1.5 to 3 hours or slightly more, depending on the vehicle and details.
Will my seats be removed for interior cleaning?
No, our Elite and Executive packages provide deep interior cleaning without removing seats — unless specially requested.
What if it rains on my booking day?
We’ll contact you in advance and reschedule at no extra cost, or adapt your booking if there’s covered space available.
Is your cleaning safe for car paint and interiors?
Yes, we use premium, pH-balanced products and microfiber cloths to protect your paintwork and upholstery.
Do you offer pet hair removal or odour treatment?
Yes, both are available as add-ons to interior packages. Ask us when booking.
Do you clean leather interiors?
Yes, we offer leather treatment and conditioning as part of select packages or as an add-on service.
Do you clean engine bays?
Yes, engine bay cleaning is included in our Executive Valet package or available as an add-on. We do it safely using appropriate techniques. This is normally confirmed after inspection upon arrival.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes — simply contact us at least an hour in advance to reschedule or cancel without penalty.
However, if the team are on their way to you, you will be charged a cancellation fee. If you were to pay cash and cancel outside the penalty time, you may be asked to pay for your next bookings in advance.

Can I buy a gift voucher?
