Welcome to We Wash Cars – Mobile Cleaners. By using our services or booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings & Appointments
A. All services must be booked in advance via our online form, call, or WhatsApp.
B. Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or phone within the set time on the page you are booking, as services may vary.
C. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
B. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (if applicable).
C. You may reschedule your appointment once at no charge if done within the required time.

3. Access & Responsibility
A. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure access to the vehicle or premises at the scheduled time.
B. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible vehicles, locked gates, or limited space.

4. Payments
A. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.
B. Accepted payment methods include card, EFT, and mobile payment options.
C. Prices are listed per service/package. Additional fees may apply for extreme dirt, pet hair, or added services.

5. Service Limitations
A. We strive for thorough and professional service, but we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or odours.
B. Seat removal is not included unless specified in a premium detail package.
C. Some surfaces and materials may react differently to cleaning products; care is taken, but minor risks exist.

6. Weather & Environmental Conditions
A.Outdoor services are weather-dependent. In case of rain or strong winds, bookings may be postponed for safety and quality reasons.
B. We use water-wise and eco-friendly methods wherever possible; however, some services may require access to a water and power supply.

7. Liability
A. We are insured and take great care during all services, but we are not liable for:
B. Pre-existing damage
C. Electrical faults in vehicles
D. Personal items left inside the vehicle or premises
E. All claims must be reported within 24 hours after service.

8. Commercial, Fleet & Property Services
A. Quotes for commercial and fleet clients are based on fleet size, frequency, and location.
B. On-site inspections may be required before final pricing is confirmed.
C. Long-term service agreements are subject to written contracts.

9. Promotions & Coupons
A. Promotional discounts and coupons are valid for limited periods only.
B. Only one coupon per booking is allowed unless stated otherwise.
C. Misuse or duplication of coupons may result in the cancellation of the booking.

10. Right to Refuse Service
A. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a location is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or abusive in any way.
B. Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated.
